(a). For Business Owner
Lalama offers a simple way to connect with potential customers in your neighborhood, allowing you to take a step back from marketing your business so you can focus on your service or products. Elegant, simple and easy to use.
1. Create an Account
Creating an account with Lalama is easy, click on “+ Add Your Listing” button on the menu, a form will be displayed where you will fill in your email address. Your account details will be confirmed via the email you submit
2. Submit Your Listing
Submitting a listing using Lalama is super simple, all you need to do is click on “+ Add Your Listing” button on the menu, a form will appear, fill the form accordingly, Review the form and when satisfied, proceed to submit the listing.
3. Listing Approval and Display
After submitting your listing, it will be reviewed by Lalama administrators and if no issues are found, it will be approved and opened for reviews by your existing and prospective business visitors.
In case some issues are detected in your listing, you will be contacted on what to do to fix them so your listing can be approved.
(b). For Reviewer
To review and give your comments on a business, Search or locate it from the listed categories, Click on it. When you scroll down, to see a form with the title “Rate & Write a Review”, that’s where you will give your star rating and comments.
In order to submit your rating and review, please fill in the name and email fields then proceed to submit your review.
